This is a multi-faceted agreement that the Intelligent Wizard will conform to any of the following separate agreements for a Web Site Operator's web site: account registration, account registration with sales of goods, membership, and subscription (with option for content license) including basic SaaS (Software as a Service).

The Licensee incorporates the Licensed Content into the Licensee's site for distribution via digital downloads.

The common denominator for each of these separate agreements is the registration by the website visitor with the Website Operator's website.

A must for any Website Operator that requires visitors to register as a condition for receiving benefits of the site.

This agreement would typically be used for relatively low price point transactions when "click-wrapped" contracting is indicated.
