When To Use

For use by Web Publisher with the appointment of Affiliates (agents) for purposes of linking to the Web Publisher's web site and sending referrals in exchange for commissions based on sales to the traffic generated.

This is a "click-wrapped" agreement that is presented on the website and agreement is indicated by clicking on an I AGREE button.

For example, the Web Publisher desires to appoint Affiliates that will refer visitors to the Web Publisher's site primarily through links and/or ads placed on the Affiliates' sites pointing to Web Publisher's site, with an option to require the Affiliate to conduct email marketing campaigns.

This agreement does not provide for active solicitation of business by the Affiliate for the benefit of the Web Publisher. For active solicitations see our Web Marketing Services Agreement (Executed).
