Notice of Material Changes To Privacy Policy

Effective January 30, 2012, the June 10, 2011 version of the Privacy Policy was amended to add the right to use 3rd party cookies, including Flash cookies, to credit purchases to affiliates.

Effective June 10, 2011, the April 24, 2010 version of the Privacy Policy was restated for purposes of making it "clear, concise, and easy-to-read", as required by the Preliminary FTC Staff Report, December, 2010. No material changes were made.

Effective April 24, 2010, the May 1, 2008 version of the Privacy Policy was amended to reserve the right to share a subscriber's PII with the authorized marketing affiliate that referred the subscriber to us.

Effective May 1, 2008, the December 3, 2000 version of the Privacy Policy was amended and restated. The following is a summary of material changes:

Section 2: less restrictive amendments regarding PII require prior notice to be effective.
Section 3: the scope of collection of collection of anonymous, passive information was increased.
Section 5: added consent for use of 3rd party cookies.
Section 7: sharing of PII was extended to corporate affiliates, 3rd party service providers, and in the event of merger, sale, or bankruptcy
Section 8: added new Section 8 regarding onward transfer of PII.
Section 14: added new Section 14 regarding email from this site.
